Selling a home can be a confusing experience. There are so many realty companies and so many different offers out there to consider. When you get ready to sell your home you have to determine if you want to try to offer your home for sale by owner or list with a realtor. Obviously you save a great deal of money when you sell your home yourself. The disadvantage to this is that it can take much longer to sell your property when you take this route. If you price your home to high then you it could sit on the market for many months, if you price your home to low it will sell quickly but you could lose a great deal of money. When listing with a Realtor® they will provide you with a detailed market analysis of your homes value. Of course it is ultimately up to you to decide the asking price of your home.

Our commission rates vary between a fix rate $995 which is our limited service up to 10% which is typical for commercial real estate. Most commission rates on residential homes very between 5%-6%. Always keep in mind the old saying you get what you pay for, most discount real estate firms offering deals that sound to good to be true usually are just that.
